Based at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the Kärcher North America Excellence Center hosts the Windsor Sales and Service classes in its 15,000 sq ft facility.

Scheduling of flights

You will be notified by Windsor with a confirmation that your class will be held. You will receive confirmation at least four weeks prior to class, at which time you may schedule your flights. Please do not schedule airline flights prior to confirmation.

When flights are scheduled (after receiving your confirmation), schedule your flight AFTER 3:00PM on Wednesday for the Windsor Sales Institute and AFTER 4:00PM Friday for the Windsor Service School. This will give your sufficient time to catch your flight. All students will be picked up from the Excellence Center and driven to DIA the final day of the class. 45 minutes travel time, and two hours of check-in time have been slotted for your flights.

Scheduling of hotel

Windsor will make reservations under your name at the hotel. Upon arrival you will be asked for a credit card to bill incidentals and any nights charged (please see payment chart). If a credit card can not be presented, a company credit card number will need to be given to the hotel prior to travel.

Transportation from airport to hotel

You will pay for your transportation from DIA to your hotel. When you arrive at DIA airport, Windsor recommends using Super Shuttle to get you to the hotel. Super Shuttle is located on level 5 of the main terminal at the Ground Transportation counter. The shuttle will cost $22. As a comparison, a cab will run you $80-$100.

Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email at least four weeks prior to the class with a full explanation of everything you need to know before your trip to Denver.

Meals

Lunch will be served at the Excellence Center, followed by Windsor hosted dinners at great restaurants in town.

Dress

The dress for the class will be business casual. On Monday morning a group picture will be taken.

All classes are held in Denver, Colorado. Registration is limited. Course dates and curriculum are subject to change.
